Novice Karate Group (ages 8 & up)

I have a writing task that I cannot seem to finish, even though I know exactly what I want to say. I keep starting over because the wording never feels right. Yesterday, I began looking at an affordable writing service and realized I have no idea how these services work. Do you normally send notes first? How much information does the writer need? If anyone has tried this before, I would love to hear how your first project went and whether anything surprised you.
