What is Yoga?
Yoga is a practice that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and mediation (Dhyana) for relaxation. Yoga originated in India more than 5,000 years ago as a practice to deepen ones meditation. As it gained popularity in the west it has become a practice of physical fitness and health and wellness.
Why should you do Yoga?
The physical benefits of Yoga include increased flexibility, strength, balance and posture. The mental benefits includes reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, and can help improve mood and concentration. Regular practice has shown to improve cardiovascular health and bone density.


Rates and Schedules
$25 drop in rate per class
$200 for a 10 class pass (expiration date is 6 months form date of purchase)
Tuesday: 10:30 am - 11:30 pm
Thursday: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Saturday morning: 9:00 -10:00
